When a resident is admitted to the home, they are encouraged to maintain any interests and hobbies they had prior to admission, wherever this continuance can be reasonably facilitated. Every assistance will be given to obtaining the necessary equipment and materials for their hobbies or pastime.

At Carlton lodge we understand that good quality, nutritious food as an important component for health and well-being in all our residents' lives.
The cuisine at Name of care home is all locally sourced and freshly prepared each day. Our chef provides a varied and balanced menu and happily caters for special diets and preferences, where requested. Fresh fruit and vegetables from our local suppliers are offered daily.

At Carlton lodge none of the food served is delivered ready-made and all dishes are cooked on the premises in our well-equipped and clean kitchen. Drinks and snacks are also served throughout the day.

Residents can choose to enjoy the social aspect of meal times by taking their meals in our comfortable dining room or in the privacy of their own rooms, if they so choose.
